I’ve heard of peopleing dying from lack of nutrition after going vegan. As long as I’m eating a wide variety of foods, do you think I’ll be ok?

Actually my mom warned me about the ppl dying from being vegan thing. She may have been confused or something. I know she didn’t say it to try to scare me out of being vegan, because she is supporting it and buying me vegan foods & stuff.

What methods do you use to ensure that your birds get the nutrition they need? Is there any kind of food or mix your birds eat that is a great part of their diet? Any other hints/suggestions?
I already own birds and I know that birds are not meant to survive only on a pellet diet. Pellets do not nearly make up a complete diet, so I’m not accepting answers that just tell me to buy bird pellets at the pet store.

I entered this poster making slogan contest at school and I really need help with the slogan part. The theme is “Proper Nutrition is Needed, Lifestyle Diseases’ Prevention” or something like that. The rules also states that the slogan must be composed of 4-10 words excluding articles. Please help me!
