I run cross country and track long distance so I run anywhere between 4 and 10 miles everyday. My doctor says I don’t eat enough and that I am underweight, but I do eat a lot and i eat healthy, but just as extra reference i want to follow a nutrition guide.

I just decided that I want to study nutrition but my school does not offer thatn major.
I need to transfer ASAP but I don’t know what schools in southern California have that major, or will accept a transfer student from a private school.

However, nutrition is the one thing in life that affects your whole life. Good or bad nutrition habits can affect your emotions, your your physical features including your skin, hair and bodyshape, and even how you treat others.
