Chase Larson asked:
If a girl is taking acne medicine that says it may take away pregnancy prevention if she is also on a birth contro pill, and she has sex the last day of her period and takes the birth control pill right after sex (a day early since she is on the last day of her peroid), along with a Plan-B pill, will she get pregnant or what are the chances she will become pregnant?

It depends upon which acne acne medication you are taking. Tetracycline is the most commonly prescribed oral antibiotic for acne control. Tetracycline is one of the antibiotics which may reduce the efficacy of oral contraceptives, but there is not enough information available (yet) to determine if the efficacy of Plan B is affected.
Taking pills early, or late, or skipping pills, will also reduce the efficacy of oral contraceptives. These pills are to be taken once daily, as directed.
